That's not true, I talked to people in the Skyfall game...it's how I helped get Brazil back from the brink (we're in trouble again, but that was a stab that I saw coming, Quebec had me encircled and it was only a matter of time, sadly, but anyway, I talk in that game...there IS such a thing as radio silence and value in THAT as well...)

Obi, I've played multiple games with you, and you start off saying very little and quickly fall into complete radio silence. I just find it odd given your propensity for long, rambling pieces of writing.

I dunno what to say, really, I've never given it much thought...it's not an insult or lack of attention, it's just that I don't see the point of long, rambling speeches in chat for games, either I have something to say or I respond to someone if they're urgent or interesting enough, or even if it is interesting I note it and keep my options open and move on...

And thus avoid a "Obi said ____" incident in-game that might get me in trouble, or at least try to.

The importance of diplomacy is building good relationships with people so that you can manipulate better. Don't you think that not talking puts you at a disadvantage?

2009--Jose Reyes hurts his hamstring 30 or so games in, whole season down the tubes...
2010--Beltran, Wright, others injured, they tease in May, they've faded by August...
2011--Again they tease, again they fade, Reyes leaves, Beltran's traded away...
2012--They surge in May, the bullpen blows it by July, Cy Young Winner Dickey traded

For what it's worth, I have already banned obi. I think I got four messages from him all game, three of them were to tell me (over and over again) that he would not ally with me because my name started with Mad and ended in Marx, and the last one was to finally agree to ally with me (and then I stabbed the ever living Hell out of him because I was so furious at his metagaming and lack of press, but I digress).
