So my mother called me, saying the dog went into a rabbit hole an hour ago and still wasn't out. I ran to the place, about 2 kilometres away. Once there, I my mother pointed me to the whole and I took a look. I saw nothing. I asked wether she was sure, and she said yes, the last time she saw him was when he disappeared 30 minutes ago. I asked her to drive home and bring me a flashlight. She left. Then I tied my fleece vest or however it's called in English around my head to cover my mouth and nose and basically just went into the hole. When my feet were still out of the hole but the rest was in, I did feel something that almost had to be my dog given the circumstances, and it was. After some more trouble I found the collar and used the leash. Then I started to crawl out again and when I was out I pulled the leash and with quite some trouble my dog came out in the end, completely red from the sand instead of black and white, and judging by his red eyes he got sand in his eyes too, but he was out, and happy.
Just wanted to share that. It's been quite a busy holiday with things like this, while I really planned to not do much because I was so tired...
And tomorrow school starts again, with a lot of work since, as they say, we've had enough rest in the holiday...
Ugh! Well, at least I have enough stories to tell about my holiday this time around.
