I am going to post my reads anyways:
As of right now, from what I have read, it makes total sense that Guak is the Doctor and that THD is fake claiming. In addition to this my read of the "town". TV>Maniac>DL>Gold. I would be confident with a Gold lynch, not so much with a DL but willing to do it. I am still not entirely convinced that TV did not just fake claim role block. What do you think?

@Ike - I defended thdfrance so adamantly because I believed that he was doc. He practically shouted it out when bo claimed on day 1. And then he was rb'd. He was our best candidate for doc at that point, and I tried to defend him from a lynch.

And no, I didn't know for sure that tvrocks wasn't arsonist. And he could still be scum. But first off, his arsonist claim post wasn't convincing at all. Second, he claimed arsonist and didn't take the deal that uclabb offered. You don't have to be too keen on things to see that tvrocks wasn't the real arsonist. That still makes his fake-claim a scummy move though.

As of right now though, I'm not so sure. With guak's story, I could very well see his claim of doc being right. Its at least as good as thd's claim.

I'm here. I'm open to a gold lynch, but like I've said, it's mainly because my instinct is that Maniac is town. I haven't reread anything past day 2 due to time restraints (like I have literally read it all exactly once- sorry- I hadn't reread anything except end of day 1 until today), though, so I just don't feel super confident in my reads. I would prefer to put off the gold/maniac decision to next round if we all feel pretty good about the DL lynch. I tend to think he is >75% chance scum, and his recent posts haven't really showed me anything to change my mind

@uclabb - who do you think is the real doc? We have a 50/50 shot there if you're not sure on other reads.

@guak- It's just really hard for me to imagine gold, a savvy dude, having come off reading PE's guide but not having played mafia before, explicitly linking himself to his mafia buddy (literally saying he will sheep him) in his first post. There are two ways to sort of dismiss this argument:
1. gold is dumb and just didn't realize what he was doing. I think there is no chance of this.
2. gold was playing the reverse psychology and anticipating my response. I also think this is farfetched given that it was the first hour or three of his first mafia game ever.

@Gold, on pg. 81 @Ike - because I don't like your flip-flopping. tvrocks, thdfrance, and DL all have semi-clears on them due to the RB's.

on pg.82 @Ike - if you read from my stuff I said in response to captain before night ended, I pretty much gave it there.

@uc: after seeing this game, I think option 1 could be true. We have seen some very dumb plays already (see: bo, thd, tv). I would not be surprised if gold made some early mistakes.

Having played dip with gold, though, I've been impressed with his strategic acumen, and I think that translates pretty well to mafia and in particular this situation.

Decision time... What's the call uc?

I do believe goldie has been so scummy he has to be scum.

So, I am going with ##VOTE gold for now then, but what worries me the most is that I think both thd and whoever is the other mafia member (still think it is Maniac) are both more likely to be hooker than goldie.

p.83 @Ike - "I think one of the soft clear group almost certainly is mafia. That means the mafia planned on bussing bo from the get-go. I would assume bo tried to counter-bus them, so I think one of bo's scum reads on p.5 is actually scum. He singles out Warden, guak and captainmeme in that post, and later votes for both guak and captain before switching off onto phil."

I also can't find me saying what you said I did on p.82. But I listed the soft-clear group of people who've claimed rb's, and then said that based on simple math, one of those rb's had to be fake-claiming.

Uclabb, why is gold/maniac less possible than dl/gold or dl/maniac?

Ike - do you have any more questions about my scum reads around that time? I simply came to the realization that thdfrance, tvrocks, or DL were faking their rb's. I ruled out thdfrance faking it due to his day 1 doc reveal. tvrocks I believed to be the vengeful townie, so I cleared him too. That left DL, so I put him at scum 1.
