Well, the thing about Mecca is that there is no waterfront, no where, (apart from pools, perhaps), where bikinis would be normally worn. You ask earlier whether a man without a shirt is considered immodest. The "No shirt, no shoes, no service" policy of many retailers seems to say so, or at the very least, that it is improper. As you yourself equated a lack of a shirt on a man with a bikini on a woman, you can carry that idea over to a bikini on a woman. I myself don't necessarily believe this - I think that there are certain areas in which a bikini or the lack of a shirt is appropriate and others in which it is not. It's all a matter of respect - you don't wear clothing like that in a mosque or a church. I don't always agree with the reasoning that lies behind the stance, but in certain cases I do agree with the end result.
Finally, it would be rather nice if you were a little more respectful. You can disagree all you want, but insults are never appreciated, and indeed, make you seem very childish.
