Email/PM Thucy, Socrates, but I THINK--Thucy's the brain trust when it comes to the rules of this, I just came up with the idea and I had one of the debates with Crazy Anglican--that's more or less it, you'd read the arguments and write up an opinion, probably siding with someone if you found a side to take, and also writing up on the whole thing, what you thought and so on.

But Thucy's probably the better person to ask to confirm that.

I was supppsed to be a judge and someone was supposed to email me the stuff. I have whoever created the thread muted and so can't see it I guess.

Did I miss something? I'm pretty sure I sent you a PM saying this was exactly the kind of thing I didn't want for nominations. Just email Thucy? WTF?! The rule is that we /agree/ on the judge and /we/ email Thucy and then Thucy will contact the prospect. God damn man.

I'm not recruiting via executive power or anything, but we clearly aren't getting it done the way we're doing it, it's BEEN months already, I'm just putting an advert out is all.

We'll still APPROVE everything as agreed, I'm not signing anyone up myself or anything, just posting a "Help Wanted" sign, if you will.

The entire atheist team needs to agree to this fifth judge. And the entire Christian team needs to agree to whoever the new Christian judge is. When the teams have agreed, tell me who, I will email them to get their confirmation. I assume from seeing this thread that you have collectively decided to try to get new judges.

While there is no such thing as neutral... there IS such a thing as being neither christian nor atheist or agnostic.

As the "neutral" judge, I want to clarify that the judges selected are ALL expected to neutral in that they are expected to attempt to be non-biased. It is just also understood that there is an even spread of their biases.

Basically this just means - the Christian judges do not have to side with the Christian debaters.

I am considered "neutral", I believe, because I don't actually have an intellectual preference for atheism or Christianity, but know them both well.
