Really? He shouldn't have drawn? He'd have taken at least three centers from France and the remaining two from England, neither of which were anywhere close to guaranteed. Any competent France/England would have stopped fighting and fought him back, and don't tell me who it was, that was an anonymous game. That's called a skewed game.

benguy messed up our game too gameID=99709. He NMR'd first turn, was able to still create a good position for himself, then dropped out when it looked pretty good for him.

I am pretty sure I have been in other games with him where he has dropped out.

Well, Bo, England wasn't that competent, as you can see (against F/E and even with Austria trying for Munich, I continued to take english SC and advance in Bur/Gas). And if it only was english CD, probably I'd have continued. But with France it was really too much... even if I had good chances to take France over coming from North... only if Turkey attacked Italy. But I had my chances, anyway.

The move in Boemia was so Zmaj-ish that I decided he deserved the draw... :D

And thanks for drawing after the CDs. I think we had reached the point of diminishing returns for fun. We could have played it out to a I/T/G 3way draw or even to a solo.... but I had a ton of fun as is, so why push it?

My preference is always for passworded games, but those are difficult to form. I tried to get one going all day before finally entering this just to play. I wasn't particularly surprised by the CDs, but I was glad that we were able to draw shortly thereafter. Anyone in the game can feel free to PM for a quick live game if i'm online.
