I had three threads in a row the other day and nobody called it spam (presumably). The reason for this is because those threads had relative importance to a significant enough number of people using the forum that they weren't necessarily stupid, pointless, and annoying. The threads I assume you are referring to are, for the most part, stupid, pointless, and annoying. That's why they are spam. It has less to do solely with quantity as it does quality and quantity together.

I found this thread to me EXTREMELY misleading. I was expecting it to be either instruction on how to accomplish the task, or at the very least be the first of many misleading threads.

Instead, all I get is some dude bitching.

Has it gotten to the point that you simply cannot navigate to the mute button? or are you actually upset about the content of my posts where you had hoped I had stuck to more traditionally substantive webdip style posts where I bring up controversial topics like aborting rotting fetuses (which is totally a normal thing to talk about apparently), or raping people (which seems to also be less repudiated than my spam posts ironically), or perhaps the 35464th thread about why it blows a fat cock to have to start a gunboat as Austria.

From my point of view there are two ways people see me: hilarious or obnoxious. It isnt ever going to be any different. Another thing I may point out is that from 2012-2015 I never spoke on the Forum. I was silent and ignored most of the forum for good reasons.
I was drawn out to become a member of this community when I discovered that they played Mafia here. Thats when I discovered perhaps I can use my sense of huor to make this community more lighthearted, and poke fun at the serious drudgery we see around here. Do I troll? Yea, too much. Of course I will stop because It isnt funny anymore obviously.
I think you will find in the ensuing weeks, and months, that my lack of satire changes the vibe for the worse. One positive that comes from my spammy posts is that people get an opportunity to poke fun at me and they in turn get tons of +1's. Say what you will about +1's but they are a reflection of well timed, and well thought out commentary. Meaning that I provoke alot of great counter banter, and dialogue. Even if you think my posts are drivel of the worst kind you may also note that some of my posts have evolved into unexpected theoretical discussions. here are a few examples.

1. The Jesus never existed in Roman records thread. That thread is still active, and sparked conversations that are timely (since its lent) that I never expected.
2. The bernie sanders conceding the election post (pointed out that people are incredibly narrow minded and biased)
3. The legolas vs a Panzer tank post. (this was extremely important for webdip to shed light on. panzer tanks had weaknesses in their armor)
4. Why I shouldnt have to pay a tax for not having health insurance. (this thread sparked a wonderful vibrant debate about the role of government)
5. Why I shouldnt have to wear a seatbelt. (This debate sparked a very substantive and lively discussion about government overreach of power).
6. Selena Gomez vs Ariana Grande thread. (This thread made note of the fact Selena Gomez has Lupus. Something we all didnt know before)

Brainbomb, I like you, I dont want to mute you, most of your threads have actual content even the ones im "bitching" about. I think that those last two were deliberate shots at trolling (which you undoubtedly succeeded at ) but I am trying to stop you before you rev up and it becomes more of a problem. You , and we all know it, have a tendency to take things to the next level constantly and I just want to save you from more and more threads. Keep posting threads abot topics like Rubio dropping out, and if you really want to talk about cancelled hello kitty events go for it. But please, I beg just stop trying to drag people into threads. we will come. we always do and we always give you decent conversations.

I found this thread to be much more entertaining than I thought it would be and this was misleading; I very much enjoyed and even laughed out loud at the comments from CB, Krellin, and trip, and have +1ed accordingly, up until the point trip said he was ready for Mafia (that's the spirit), then I stopped reading because it got long and boring and I felt misled after all the entertaining posts.

I'm sure a great many people agree with you wjessop. I assume that a great deal of others would feel the opposite, and while they do not have the wherewithal to +1 my antics, they likely shake their head and say something to the affect of "that darn brainbomb is at it again". I agree massively with the OP. Brainbomb has recently been spamming the forum with threads where the title of the thread had no relevance (or very little) to the intended content of the thread. The most recent "texas" related thread was 100% spam.

Brainbomb should be banned from the forum.

If he is not banned or silenced, I will mute him.

The latter sanction is a shame since I will be unable to play Mafia if I have a participant muted.
