Dropping neccessary words from sentences. Is that supposed to be what do *you* think needs to stop or what do *we* think needs to stop? Dropping an I as in "Trying my best" is one hting. But dropping the actual subject when it isn't obviously apparent is bad grammar. Bad grammar needs to stop.
