It is situation dependent. The mods have banned just the extras in the past and given a person a second chance. If they blow it again, all the accoutns then get banned is my understanding. But they make judgement calls just like the courts take into account extenuating circumstances when sentencing.

As far as creating new acounts and/or not using the two in a game, this is still against the rules as new accoutns hide what the old one did (fresh start) and we don't like fresh starts here on web dip. They can be done with mod approval though. But the "playing two accoutns" as a blatant violation because it gets around the game limitation that points set. And that is the whole prupose of points, is to keep players out of both high end games they don't belong in and from playhing in more games than they can handle.
