When you start a live game, make sure you will be able to devote almost completely to the game. I would never consider playing a live game on a phone/iPod. Live games are computer only

Unfortunately, sometimes you just need to leave and stop humoring a lazy fucktard who can't be bothered to dedicate himself to the same live game that six other players can somehow handle without issue or delay.

Fortress - Doesn't matter. One of the reasons I don't play live games is I don't have a life that allows me to dedicate 3 or 4 or 7 hours at a time to a single game and nothing else. Fact is, he had time to dedicate well enough to frustrate the fuck out of 2WL and that is an awesome sight to see!

Draug, two things. First, fuck off. Second, I'm certainly not the only one who got frustrated. He got Czech mad enough to start the whole thread as well as risk point deductions for posting about an ongoing game. Any player has the right to not ready up, its your own account to play with as you see fit, but when the player with the most completed games on the entire server complains about a breach of decorum, you might want to consider that your asinine and spiteful reproaches of our, in most players' opinions, justified complaints do not hold water.

It does matter because you don't understand how a live game works at all. Join a live game, and have a person save every time (in a gunboat) and then your criticisms might be valid

We could make it an honor system that once you log into the game, yo only have 5 minutes to submit your orders. Would have to be on the honor system, but I think this group is honorable.

hmm.... I would be very much into that. I never considered you a gunboater type. I was mostly joking when I said that (in one day phases, you out-match me completely, but in a live game I would hold my ground).

the only condition would be is that I need pauses from the 21-23 and from the 28-30

and they are completely different, Draugnar. In live games, you have to think on the fly, and don't have hours to think through your moves

Live gunboats are both harder and easier. You tend to make more mistakes, but so do your opponents.

And that was why I said the honor system would require us to keep our time from initially looking at the results to submitting out orders at 5 minutes.
