It's going to take Michigan's greatest game in decades to win this one, no doubt. Bama doesn't have many, if any, weaknesses.

0 chance? Doubt that. I wouldn't say we have much chance, but it ain't 0. As I said, this is going to be an epic game for Michigan, and we're going to have to play pretty much flawlessly. With a guy like Denard Robinson, anything is possible.

Funny how Sparty thumps its collective chest about 4 in a row, when 3 of the 4 came against the worst Michigan teams in our 132 year history. You do understand that our slide was directly responsible for your advance right? Have you seen Hoke's recruiting? You maintain dominance by recruiting, and Sparty is WAY behind. I know, I know, Coach Dantonio turns 3 stars into world-beaters. Ok, you keep telling yourself that, Michigan will take top 5 classes every year.

As a Hawkeye man I feel pretty torn about who to cheer for when Michigan plays an SEC team....who do I hate the most? So hard to decide.....okay, fine, I'll cheer for the Big Ten. Good luck MMan!

I like Michigan but I'm hoping they lose to Alabama. I'd like another 1/2 LSU/Bama showdown between undefeated teams.

But last year wasn't a showdown between undefeated teams Pres. Alabama has a lose, albeit to LSU.

I am not expecting anything from Michigan tomorrow except that the boys play their hearts out. We're still recovering from the RR years. We'll be great in 2014 and beyond, this year though, we go as far as Denard's arm and the defense can take us. I think we have a punchers chance, but Bama is hard to beat.

I think these first great first game match-ups are awesome. I'd much rather take on an Alabama than an Eastern Michigan. Yes, it could result in an lose, but it give your team a good bench mark, younger players will grow more, and with the new system coming, an early loss to a good team doesn't bar you from a conference game or the NC.

I went to a Michigan - Penn St game at the Big House a few years ago, when Denard and Tate Forcier were both freshman -- denard got in the game but threw some picks. It rained and Penn St blew them out but it was still the coolest live sports event I've ever been to. The tailgating, the stadium, the town, the knowledgeable and passionate fans. Just awesome. Go Blue!

I grew up in Ann Arbor, then went to Michigan. When I was a kid, I could hear the Big House from our house if I didn't go to the game. It's a very special place, there is no doubt about that.
