If theirs is the only vote for a draw, I often see it as pathetic. If others are voting draw, then I see it as a sign they want to work with the others to stop those that don't want to draw.

I usually do it as a joke.

it depends on the stitutation, if i am Austria getting killed in 1903, i am not going to bother to put up a draw. However, if i am Turkey surviving until 1910's or so, as the third-fourth left, i will put it up, as a last dirct effort

I think this thread title is really offensive to artists.

If your being bashed by player/players. Who won't give up on taking you out while setting up another power who may solo if they won't stop it can show them enough is enough.Time to stop and set up stalematelines.If they can't see past there noses that you can still serve a purpose then they are not very good dip players and deserve to be defeated as quickly as possible since they don't get.1-win.2-draw.3-survive anything else is bullshit.And if it is WTA only 1-2 are what your ever playing or else quit paying this game since you are fucking other players who care.

I think that people throw out the draw vote to make someone think of something that makes the game seem unfair or imbalanced in some way, and usually someone will come up with some random bullshit that fits the bill. I like to play that game. As I say a lot, you can always win an argument if you yell louder than the other person. That's my style...
