Henry Kissinger. This man is actually responsible for more deaths in human history than anyone since the Second World War.
He gave cover to, material aid to, or even principally planned wars of aggression in East Timor (the Indonesian invasion), Cyprus (the Greek invasion), Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia (the Vietnam War and the expansion of bombings to Laos and Cambodia under Operation Menu). He also gave cover to the rule of terror in Chile under Pinochet. Most egregiously, he gave cover to two (!!) of the worst genocides of the twentieth century-- specifically, of the Cambodians by the Khmer Rouge, and of the Bangladeshis by the Pakistanis. (Both are tied for three million a pop, tied for fourth place alongside the expulsions of ethnic Germans after World War II, and behind only the Holocaust, the deliberate famine in Bengal under the British, and the Holodomor.)
Oh, and he got a Nobel Peace Prize.
Dude can take his seat next to his good pals Pol Pot and Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in the circle of hell reserved for génocidaires.
