Other Diplomacy Sites

I play diplomacy on this and another (http://www.playdiplomacy.com/) site. Does anyone else know of other sites to play on?

I ask because the more sites I play on, the better the chance of me finding the variant I'm looking for. Actually, what I really need is for everyone on both sites to play on both sites, giving me even more games to choose from...

I have a question : Please look to it.

Few days before i posted that F gascony should not support hold F Spain South Coast. I was told that there is no problem in doing that..
Then why don't F Spain (sc) is not able to support hold F Gascony. And is it possible for a fleet at Norway to support hold Fleet at StP (sc) ?

Some other noob questions

For the voting, I have a few questions.
1. For a draw, does it have to be unanimous?
2. For a pause, how does that work? I understand a pause if you need some extra time due to outside reasons, but does it have to be unanimous as well? Or can you just request it from a mod?
3. Is cancel to cancel a game? If so, why would that be an option instead of draw?

So, this high school senior comes in to the hair salon where my wife is getting her hair done this after noon and, OMFG was she hot! T-shirt that alomst didn't conceal her boobs and no bra and shorts that she clearly had to shave down there to wear. When she bent over to pick up the pen she dropped on the floor it all disappeared and it became clear she had no panties on either.

But that wasn't the luxury of the moment. The Victor Sinclair I smoked today was quite excellent and made for a relaxing evening on the back patio.

True. I was guessing her to be 17 or 18, but 16 is possible. Younger is even possible as girls today seem to fill out much quicker than when I was in high school. I doubt she was college age though as she came in with her mom and where we live is 20 miles to the nearest university.

LOL! I would hope 15 working on her learner's permit. At least I feel less like Aqualung if she is close to 16. And wjile neatly trimmed, it wasn't totally bald so there was grass on the playing field and they weren't mole hills with a trainer, they were mounds without anything.

OMG! This cool new soda dispenser at LaRoasa's (a Cincinnati italian restaurant chain) can dispense 100+ different varieties of pop! Too freaking cool! I had grape Sprite Zero! Freaking awesome!

Man, I miss Fuddrucker's. We had one years ago and it closed. Now all we have is Five Guys, Smash Burger, and Red Robin and they just don't compare to putting your own toppings on and loading it up so much you have to eat the burger like a salad.

@TFB - A long long time ago (but just down the street from where I lived) was a place called Burger Chef. They had cheap hamburgers ($.50 IIRC and maybe 5 or 10 cents more for cheese on a double) and they had "The Works" bar where you could fix up your burger any way you wanted it. God that was good (and cheap!) brugers.

1970 Oldsmobile 442 W-30

Best car ever made. Period. End of story. You can't argue with 400 horsepower and 500 ft/lbs of torque, in addition to some of them being assembled at what was the oldest car factory in the world.

My problem with supercars is that they're douchey and out of reach for non-millionaires. You can get any restored muscle car you want for under 50,000 dollars, and a lot of good ones from under 30,000 dollars.

Also, the 67 Vette weighed only <3200 pounds. The 70 442 weighed >3700 pounds. That's a quarter ton more or more than 15% more with less than 10% more torque and less horsepower. Which car do you think was faster?

A little research shows the stock L71 Corvette doing 0-60 in 5.5 seconds and the quarter mile in 13.6.
By contrast, the Olds 442 only did 0-60 in 5.8 seconds and was a tenth slower on the quarter at 13.7.

And honestly, which looked better? (hint: the Vette gets 'em wet).

I honestly believe that the 442 is a better looking car. I love the in-your-face, no-nonsense styling.

And don't forget that Oldsmobile more or less invented the muscle car, as the 1949 Delta 88 is widely considered to be the first true muscle car.

Oldsmobiles are severely underrated. Some of the best cars ever made came off of their drawing boards.

re: quarter and 0-60 times are largely dependent on skill. Some 442's have done quarters in under 12 seconds.

Another Noob question - communication

Can someone older/wiser/more experienced please clarify what the various levels of in-game chat mean? And if a game is "no chat" - am i right in assuming it means no comms at all?
