...Actually, STA...
My "the Great Doctor" statement was a reference to Sherlock Holmes, who's referred to as "the Great Detective."
...So, the best idea I ever had--I didn't have it. ;)
(But that WOULD BE AMAZING...I got some DW on DVD to watch and study over the break...still have to watch the first 3 stories ever, I want to see how this all begins...but I like Tom Baker, and David Tennant excelled as Hamlet, so as far as I'm concerned, he gets an automatic A+ for just about any acting job from now on, but the shows of his I've seen are cool...Eccelston's sort of hit or miss, he kind of feels like a Daniel Craig-Bond sort of Doctor--for whatever that counts as, my knowing the show just these past few months--he's either just intense enough to make the show feel epic, or he goes over and almost feels like he's just an emo-Doctor, and that's never fun, Sherlock Holmes could be intense and brooding without being an emo-style person...I saw part of the other black adn white guy, Patrick Troughton--hopefully that's right--and he seemed fun, though not too logical...and Peter Davison is...well, the stories I've seen him in really help, as otherwise, he seems nice, but not exactl with the sort of edge I like in Holmes or House--
So yeah, that reminds me--if Hugh Laurie WAS to be Doctor Who...
Forget that silly bow tie and stupid fez...
LAURIE'S DOCTOR WOULD SIMPLY *HAVE* TO HAVE A CANE...!*) XD
