Am I a troll? I submit that I am not, but sadly I must suspect that the best trolls would be the last to know that they are trolls.
Can it be that, in a day of common internet shenanigans, that polite sincerity, especially when presenting divergent opinions, will be mistaken by the X-Box generation for simple trolling?

It was not my wish to offend, but to expound upon delicate subject matter appropriately requires patience. More patience than I've devoted to it. Thank you for weighing in. I'm afraid though that I believe that you're incorrect though, and what you're saying lends credence to my worst fears about the lads here.
You'll forgive me if I'm of the opinion that some of us tend to assign overdue faith to the de jour soundbites that pass for information these days, and to demonstrate an imprudent degree of thrift with the scrutiny that they pay to the moral and cultural standards of our day.
Indeed, history will have taught us nothing if we have not learned not to take ideas at face value simply because they adorn the covers of periodicals, are chanted endlessly inside universities or by pop musicians.

Would that suggest/mean a high blood pressure? If so, does that mean that if I can temporarily see my veins, I temporarily have a high blood pressure?

I have a rules query: say I'm playing France, and I want to build in Paris. Paris is unoccupied by any unit, but coloured Purple, because Russia occupied it previously and no one has yet re-occupied it. Can I build in Paris or not?
