It seems that members don't get a notice of a game ending when they have already been eliminated, interesting. Something to look at TC?

Fashion, I think. Webdip seemed pro-french for much of last year - I think we're starting to see a swing back the other way- maybe it's just my games, but I'm pretty sure we're seeing an increase in English moves to the channel in 1901.

Game 1 France wasn't hit early. (Elimiated)
Game 2 a 1901 misorder left France almost dead, as well as England moving in. (Eliminated)
Game 3 France wasn't hit early (and drew with 8 centres)
Game 4 France wasn't hit early (Eliminated)
Game 5 England moved to the channel in '01 (5SC Draw).

SO it's not so true that France is getting hit early by England.

More relevant, in this tournament at least, is the relative lack of Lepanto play. This has left italy free to stab France in '03 or so.
