"When not playing Hearthstone, Chess, and Diplomacy, I'm hard at work on the final stages of my Ph.D. My dissertation, which is theoretical in nature, takes the philosophical notion of the Paradox of Fiction and uses it as a lens to examine how and why we build and inhabit fictional worlds, specifically those found in theatre.
I am perhaps the odd bird in thinking (and believing) that you can play (and win) this game without having to lie through your teeth. Sure, there may be times when some obfuscation and misdirection are the exact tools you need to solve a specific situation, but oftentimes simply saying nothing (as opposed to intentionally lying) brings about the same results. "
