We had a few theme ideas between us, and in the end decided to put 2 themes in 1 game, and here we are: more story fun for the price of one!

As for the roles, they have already been assigned, and I can neither confirm or deny that you are Waluigi or whether Waluigi is your waifu.

Can Doctors save the same person on multiple nights? It doesn't say anything about not being able to do this in the rules there, which would be a break on previous games on here.

When the Friendly Neighbour visits someone, can they give them a message? Or does the Friendly Neighbour visit only pass on the Friendly' Neighbour's identity to the target, and no other information?

I like the theme for this one, by the way.

I applaud the decision to limit the D1 death toll. Vig and Sniper killings on Day 1 take alot of steam out of the game and create alot of false confusions. This is a great setup and it appeases all sides who felt last game was too OP for Maf. Here the Maf is formidable the ghost roles are essentially like a godfather almost, combined with a mechanic that a quality sniper could end up in the maf QT (Im watching you warden).
Also I like the fact that princess peach is such a dynamic option here. The items will make the game exciting.

Friendly Neighbour visits only, revealing identity.

This is a nerfed (and original) version of the Friendly Headmaster, which I created in Mafia XII for the Professor X character, who had the additional role capacity to transmit messages.

##CALL GM: If a player is given an item by Princess Peach, must they use that item the following day, or may they hold onto the item and use it on a later day?

I wonder who these characters represent.

Jamiet, it says the item disappears after that day. The question is, must they use the item, or can they choose not to use it?

Also, mafia seems very weak this game.

Presumably not, since they don't die.

If Wario tried to use the strong man mechanic to kill the commuter while he has flown away, the kill fails. Is the strongman ability preserved in that case or is the ability used up with the failed kill?

Inventor Clarifications:
Yes, items must be used in the Day/Night (level) they are received or they disappear, like in (some games of) Mario.
The Magic Mushroom prevents death: if someone who has received the Magic Mushroom is lynched it will be revealed in the final vote count that PLAYER X HAD SURVIVED THE LYNCH.
Players receiving the Magic Mushroom do not need to reveal this publicly.

I just got my role and I'm Dry Bones. Shit, might as well lynch me now.

@Goldy....a Strongman combined with a Ringleader plus two characters that can potentially... throw off a cop scan is huge... I disagree, this maf team will be hard to beat especially since we dont know who it will end up being.

Theres some combinations of players that I think would be absolutely devastating in tandem with those maf powers.

Oh I misread something. In regards to the Sniper...

"During either the day or the night, you may choose to sneak away from the conversation and target one player between the crosshairs of your gun; this player will be killed as soon as a GM can adjudicate your shot. You only have one round in your gun so you can only kill one player throughout the course of the game."

So technically speaking the sniper could use their shot d1 if they felt they needed too. The vig however cannot use shots during the day.

Am I understanding this correctly too then, that the Sniper can PM shoot at night instead of having to wait til the EON/SOD to enter their kill?

I do recommend in future that changes to the fundamental rules (such as this increased post count requirement) should be announced in the Signup thread rather than the Game Thread, so that people who don't feel happy with such a change can just avoid signing up.

I don't really understand the need to politicize Mario with the American presidential election stuff, but w/e.

Strongman is only used to break mafia tie votes though...unless I'm missing something in the role? And a sniper with only 1 shot as opposed to last game's 2.

Since Mario is a Doctor is he actually supposed to be Ben Carson? lol
