Question as a noob

Greetings gentlemen, I have a little question about adjudication that happened in last game. gameID=90431 It happened in A03, campaign of Greece.
The result was that Italy occupied Greece which I thought it could be a bounce off if I remember rule book right. Anyway, the influence was really small but I'm just merely curious. Thanks for your time if you did take a look at this. :)

I love no hitters... I am a Reds fan not Mets, but I admire to the fullest the achievement and Johan's comeback this year, he is truly a great pitcher

What a comeback by him...from shoulder surgery to this...

And what a comeback for the Mets--the implosion from 2009-11, and now their first no-hitter, and in the divisional race, and with a better record...

Than the YANKEES!

Hell, they cut away from the Yankees game on MLB Network, so I got to watch the no-hitter!

Think about that...they cut away from a YANKEES game...for a METS game!

Santana and the third base umpire combined for the no hitter.

Beltran's "foul" clearly hit the third base line and would have been a double if the umpire hadn't botched the call.

He's on one of my teams too, he walked a lot of people though, so it didn't make the impact I would have hoped for.

Calling it a makeup doesn't wash. It still tarnishes the no-hit. But I'll agree to the last point.

Every important game has a call that somebody disagrees with, it doesn't make the feat any less extraordinary.

I mean, we already HAD 31 one-hitters...and the amount of bad breaks the Mets have had the last few years...

It might not wash, but as much as I don't believe in karma, still--

You had to feel the Mets were "due" for a good break their way...

We'll take that good break and run home with our no-hitter in the books (or, Johan will, anyway, 2 Cy Youngs with the Twins and now a no-hitter with the Mets, getting a lot closer to the Hal of Fame tonight, and he still has some good years left in him.)

The big play of the night wasn't even the chalk-hit/no-hit moment...

It was Baxter's catch.

Completely unselfish, he knew what was on the line, and just went full tilt into the wall so he could make the catch and preserve the no-hitter...big kudos to him, if he's injured, as soon as he gets off the DL and bats in New York, he's going to get one HELL of a standing ovation for that...

I just got given a real Cohiba Cuban - a buddy of mine has access to the real deal through a pilot friend of his. I gave him a starter pipe for his birthday (he has never smoked a pipe before) and he returned the favor with the Cohiba. Sweet!
