My first example requires units in:
Sinai, Red Sea, GoP, Egypt sea, Minoan sea, Cilician sea,Miletus, Byzantium, Galatia, Sinope and Chersonesus.
All 11 sc east of the line are under Persia's cotnrol, Their cannot be a fleet an enemy in Dacia or Black sea. If Egypt is destroyed the navy in the red sea isn't necessary.
It is also possible to expand the line to include Alexandria, Memphis and Thebes.
The new line would include armies in Bayuda, Marmarica, Memphis, Alexandria, Thebes, GoP, Egypt sea, Minoan sea, Cilician sea,Miletus, Byzantium, Galatia, Sinope and Chersonesus.
