Fairly high quality game until Turkey skipped out on us.

I was France. Germany seemed a little random, but kept it together under some pressure. I misjudged his skills and felt I could open another front by invading England. It almost worked, and it seemed like Russia and I were going to be able to slowly maul, but then the Turkey/Italy spat sort of splattered on my tender undersides.

The anti-solo coalition was a little rocky. I moved to Ruhr defensively before it was clear Germany was ready to stop Italy, and that created quite a problem. Luckily I was able to outguess Zmaj in Marseilles near the end there, otherwise the mistake that gave up Warsaw and Moscow could have been fatal.

Actually I think Italy could have been kept out of Moscow. I don't see this stalemate line very much, but it can be useful. A Mos, A Stp, A Liv, A/F Pru, with something else available to support Prussia, holds the line against a southern aggressor.

There was a phase right after you moved to RUH, if G had trusted your hold on MUN he could have held SIL and we had a line. Later, if I had changed my disband to PRU and not LIV Germany could have used BER to support BAL-PRU infitely for a stalemate while I used LIV and STP on MOW

I was a bit flaky on this one - I really don't like Germany, I was 90% sure that you had me covered when you moved back into Ruh Cspieker but we'd been so back and forth that I was a bit concerned. Glad we managed the line - I'd have been frustrated if we hadn't.

I thought we were hosed when you were attacking Germany near the end there. I guess it must have been for an army build? That is a dangerous game to play in gunboat, especially after seeing what Germany did after I moved to Ruhr. It all worked though, thankfully cool heads prevailed.

I was worried about my stake. I was not confident Italy could hold MAR and I thought I needed to be needed a little bit more. Thus, I moved that way.

I was kind of all over the map. I actually fought every power on the board except France in some way shape or form. I hate playing as Russia in GBs.

Rather than take the mickey out of these guys I will send an e-mail to the Mods and do it properly otherwise we'll all get told off
