Read the last paragraph of rule 4 below. Especially the part that says all cheating accusations must be made to the mods in private. Epic. Fucking. Fail.

4. Do not use the software or moderators as a diplomacy tactic
Lying is fine in Diplomacy except when it gives mods/admins unnecessary work to do!

Falsely accusing someone of being a multi-accounter/meta-gaming to rally others against them in a game, or claiming that your orders didn't come out the way you entered them to cover up your motives, means mods/admins spend time looking for cheaters/bugs which were made up.

All accusations against other players must be made directly to the mod/admin team directly as specified below, in private, for this reason, and software bug claims must be genuine, even if only told to another player.

An accusation would have been along the lines of "These two countries are cheating" or "These two countries are multi-accounting". You are interpreting the comments to say that, but they don't explicitly accuse. Not a total fail, but I agree that it is a thinly veiled suggestion.

@Cirillio - The mods have clarified that even veiled accusations pointing to a game but not saying which players (and if you look at that game there are accusations a plenty in the global chat) is an accusation.

I don't see why it is so difficult for players to realize that rule 4 means no accusations in any way shape or form except directly to the mods, in private, exactly as it says. Accusing someone in the global tab violates the rule to begin with then pointing to the game on the forums compounds the violation by making it even more public.

Draugnar is correct, Rule 4 in the rules clearly states no cheating accusations in the forum. Since you have implied multiple time you are going to report this game and you find it suspicious I think everyone understands you are accusing those players of cheating, hence you are breaking site rules. Please stop.
