well you probably dont want to join then..since your new..in gunboat you talk with your moves and sometimes you must support people into places and just hope they think like you...

gunboat is ok for learning the tactical elements of the game (and ignoring the diplomatic ones, which are often more important) that said talking with you moves is an entirely new and seperate skill in which i'm not learn'd.

Trying to communicate through orders in a gunboat game is rather pointless, especially a live one. Failed orders only show up in the archives or large map and you'd be surprised at how many people don't know that and wouldn't check it every phase even if they did.

You also can't write "fake" orders here, so you're limited in your advertising attempts.

Useless support holds are really the only type of communication I even bother with in gunboat and I'm not even sure why I do that.
