That seems like way too much work, though. You want to create a whole new turn. That (I am making an educated guess here) requires a lot of code. Otherwise, Winter would be part of Autumn/Fall, and that doesn't make any sense. And then creating a Winter turn doesn't even solve the problem. After you create the turn, you need to create a phase within the turn. There would have to be a adjustments, builds or unit-placement phase anyway.
I am counting all comments since my first post, after all options had been suggested (And correct me if I am wrong. I don't want to be speaking for other people here.):
6 Adjustments: JECE, orathaic, Draugnar, Toby Bartels, Troodonte, cteno4
4 Builds: Tru Ninja, positron, alamothe, rlumley
'3 Winter: dubmdell, jman777, Ivo_ivanov'
2 unit-placement: ottovanbis, denis
Chrispminis: Where do you prefer? You seem to take a stand, but I can't tell from your post.
Draugnar: Moves makes some sense. Technically, your 'Moves' and our Diplomacy phase is a combined Diplomatic, Order Writing and Order Resolution phase in the real game. Retreats is the Retreat and Disbanding phase in the real game. Maybe it would be more correct to call it the 'Dislodgement phase'.
