The main features are translated. The word "Save" is world-wide known I think )))

Nearly everything in the Help (& FAQ) menu isn't translated and even has links leading to WebDiplomacy.
If one does a translation of a site, not stating that it is just a translation and not your own site idea in some cases is even illegal (because copyright laws).

Maybe it would be a better idea to ask the admins to make a Russian/English switch and not create another site.

Don't worry all is already solved with Kestas and Oliver. So, I've got there permission to organize such a resourse. Besides our site is not new one. We have already celebrated 10 years anniversary.

The main idea of our site is not only game engine but russian-speaking conference devoted to geopolitic and world diplomacy. So, simple localization of WD/VD engine it's not enough.

Hey, I just want to step in and say that the whole point of making webdiplomacy open source is so that people can create sister sites like this one. I think it's great that you're making a Russian-focussed site, and although I haven't spoken to Kestas, I'm sure he's fine with it.

Maks: webDiplomacy's license explicitly allows this. There's no copyright issue here.

Any errors and links pointing to webdiplomacy are probably our fault (as in, things in the main code base that shouldn't be there).

Flame - if you have any issues with the translation engine that we should be aware of, please let us know.
