Hey all,

I know you probably don't give a crap. I don't expect you to really. I just want to vent about how inadequate the mods are. Me and a group of four friends live in the same house. We played the actual board a lot and we loved the game. We found out a number of us were going to be moving very soon, but we still wanted a way to do fun things together. We found this site.

Urgent news from Devil-elopers
See Inside: The webDip Dev-e team has taken great pleasure in anouncing a possibly new feature for the site. Soon players may be able to list their relationship status and commit to in-game marriage. We here at webDipDev-e take great pride in our work and are excited to see how the community enjoys the new developments. - questions should be directed to myself, the webDip Dev-e chairman Mao, in my PM.

World Hypocrisy about Arab Deaths
The world isn't condemning the Saudi Arabia led attacks into Yemen at the same level as when Israel defended itself against Hamas. Going after the enemy, they have hit hospitals, schools, a refugee camp and neighborhoods, according to U.N. officials. This is without being threaten, but just to prevent Iran from going in power.

Take a look at these two leader boards:
http://www.hockey-reference.com/leaders/goals_against_avg_adjusted_career.html
http://www.hockey-reference.com/leaders/gs_above_avg_career.html

Unfortunately, shot statistics don't exist historically so it's hard to compare all the way back.

Of the modern era (read: in my lifetime), I'd probably rank it Roy - Hasek - Brodeur
KingCyrus (511 D)

The King is 19th in wins and 20th in SO's. But, he is third in GAA and #1 in Save% among goalies over 600 games played (since records have been kept). He is probably one of the best goal tenders still playing for sure.
If you are talking currently the greatest I'd have to go for Plante or Brodeur... The latters state speak for themselves, the former doesn't have all the stats but if they were kept I'm sure he would rival Brodeur. They both have about a shutout for every ten games played. Both are great. If you include the current greats the. The king, the flower and Luongo all are likely to near the top when it's all said and done for their careers.

He is the people's champion. What would all these other guys do if one of their own was elbowed to the head (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRVXzQ3YuNM)? Probably complain to the ref or whine about it.

But not Ron Hextall: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nAVNvoUp2Y

He's also the first goalie to score and he took the Flyers to game 7 in the Final against Gretzsky's Oilers.

Technically he is the second to score. Though he is the first to "score" as in actually do something.

Many players feared coming around the corner of the net of Ron Hextall. He was prone to to tomahawking the shins of players. Good times, good times. He epitomized the Broad Street Bully. But no Plante was he.

I see what pangloss is saying. I think when you take into account the type of qualities an individual must have to be considered "great", dedication and passion must be taken into account. Knowing this, I think it would be ridiculous to think of Hextall as anything except the greatest goalie ever!
pangloss (363 D)
14 Apr 15 UTC
Yes, I suppose he is the second to score, but he is the first to shoot and score and also the first to do so in a playoff game.

He's also set the NHL record for most penalty minutes recorded by a goalie in a single season, and he won the Conn Smythe in his rookie year!

What if a country were to get to 18 SCs, but a retreats phase would let one of his opponents retreat into one of his SCs? would he win automatically, or do the retreats count?
