TD will replace the player at an entry of 50% of pot/remaining players if mid round or 100% of pot/remaining players for a new round (plus each game entry). TD will give preference to filling spots with the next few in line from the tournament participants if reachable within a couple of days, and TD reserves the right to lower the entry fee if a replacement is not available within 5 days of a general posting.

Pause and cancel votes: Pause and cancel votes are prohibited. Pauses are to be requested direct to the mod email and will always be honored. If the pause is required for more than 10 days by a player combined during a round, a sitter is required and will be determined by the TD. Use of these votes in games will result in one warning and player removal for a second offense.
TD Powers: TD will not have any in game powers. TD will only manage the seating of tournament participants endeavoring to have generally even groups of 7 by Ghost Ratings, and will manage the sitter/replacement process.
