Duane "Dog" Chapman versus Edward "Traitor" Snowden
"OK, it’s now been confirmed that this story is fake, but wouldn’t the world be a better place if Dog, who was born, Duane Chapman, was actually on the track of Snowden? Of course it would be." -inquisitr

Is an objective fact racism?
An objective fact is something tangible. The dog is sleeping. You can look and see the dog is sleeping. Richard Dawkins tweeted “all the world’s Muslims have fewer Nobel Prizes than Trinity College, Cambridge." This is an objective fact otherwise referred to as the truth.

Note, for some reason the Gunboat Peak ratings absolutely refused to be uploaded, so it is currently not available. All of the rest uploaded just fine without the slightest hitch. Very strange.

Gaming the System-Obamacare
Now that the personal mandate approaches the entrepreneurial spirit of the American populace already discovered a multitude of ways to game the system of Obamacare, much like Food Stamps and Welfare before it. Politically granted waivers seem the most popular. Who has them?

Liberal conservative
To Krellin, I am unaware of a lot of the context of your """Debates""" (liberal use of the word), so I'd like to be enlightened.

What do you is a liberal? What is a conservative? How do they differ?

Any interest in a few more series games? No voting draw until a stalemate has been reached.

Ding! I'm in - a game where people try to win instead of play for the draw? Awesome!
steephie22 (182 D(S))
10 Aug 13 UTC
You know that's not what he said right? All it means is that you don't use the draw button as an asset on it's own. You can still try to get in to a draw as small as possible instead of a solo...

That said, I'd be interested. Lately, a lot of my games lately get screwed up because half the board all of the sudden decides that it wants to end the game because the game isn't fun enymore.
steephie22 (182 D(S))
10 Aug 13 UTC
I'm not entirely certain though. We've got a little catching up to do when we've got a replacement in the leagues, as 2WL probably knows, and I don't like too much games at once.

steephie, ever been in a game where people were pushing for a 6 way draw? You are right, he did not say it means people will play to win, but it will eliminate people "playing for the draw" - not attacking, not pressing forward becaus they are attemoting to gt their draw. It means people will have to press forward until stalemate lines are reached. It certainly implies a more competitive game.

2WL - care to elaborate on your intent?
steephie22 (182 D(S))
10 Aug 13 UTC
I'm just saying that the big difference is merely that you can't show you want to draw with the button. I agree with you on it helping towards a competitive game :)
krellin (80 DX)
10 Aug 13 UTC
No, you at slightly wrong. You can not draw until stalemate lines are achieved....which is essentially a "forced" draw. So you have to fight to achieve gain until no further gain can. Be found. The only question is does this mean allies will be forced to turn on one another after a time? If England and France have stalemated Russia.....but France and England can still stab and break the stalemate do they have to? That is the big question for #WL to answer.

krellin, the 'no drawing' rule implies that you can't vote draw until a stalemate has been reached. Allies aren't forced to turn on each other. A stalemate implies just that...a stalemate. If you don't want to be a party to a stalemate, don't work to create one, and don't vote for it once the stalemate has been reached. We actually had a similar situation to this (although not in a Lusthog game) in gameID=115271, where three of the four players voted for a draw and the mods forced it. Afterwards, partysane came out and said that he didn't want a draw, but since he had voted for it, he had no say in the forced outcome.

I'll set up the game and send out invites.

Unintended consequences of taxation
The idea that the federal government can increase taxes no matter where an American lives just backfired. The number of Americans giving up their passports and renouncing US citizenship increased 600% in the second quarter of 2013.

Anyone see "Lovelace" yet?
I just heard the producers and director on a radio interview and they said the film wasn't about pornography, but about "a brave woman finding her voice." This sound canned, and I wondered if it was worth bothering with in the theater or totally DVD fare.

The NCAA can sell jerseys and shirts with Johnny Manziel's name and likeness, but the kid may lose his eligibility because he sold autographs? Tell me this isn't hypocrisy at its finest.
