In your opinion, noticing that "his" Germany joined this website just 5 mins after that ban and took over that banned player's Country... is this consideration a cheating accusation, jmo? Or is it just evidence?

FD, I understand your point. But I don't believe you to think of it as a coincidence. Obviously it's my problem, and if I go on my way I'll be docked points, etc etc. But if the mods will ban him, then will my accusation be really an accusation, or will I be retroactively stating a matter of fact?

(I mean, I said "look, that one just replaced the banned one and - d'oh, he signed up just 5 mins after his ban". Is it an accusation? And if I say "Well, sure it is a coincidence" does my situation get any better? I'm not accusing anyone, just noticing the timing)

That's the reason for my question. When an observation becomes an accusation? (because I understand that at some point it does).

I suppose that it would be good to the forum itself to define it.

Of all the things in this thread, I gathered two things.

First off, Lando how the hell do you remember all those relationships? I had forgotten anyone knew I was friends with youradhere. He hardly plays here anymore.

But honestly guys, thatonekid seems to be immature in his reaction, but should be given a second chance. The dude just wants to play with his friends.

Have you seen his games??? he knows more than 6 people on this site, play to FtF! I think having four other friends on the board is way too much

@FD - Considering the name's spelling actually uses cased latters and is way more intelligent then "thatonekid" or "i was framed", I would say your cheating allegation may not hold water and should not have been posted here.

That game was horrible. Not one move even remotely hostile between those three. And since they were banned I think it's water under the bridge talking about cheating in that game, Draug.

@Draug: "I was framed" wrote down basically all the names he knew in this thread on page #2, so it wasn't hard to find his friends, with whom he played from the same IP, from the same room, also his words.

what are you talking about Draug? All three of them were banned, and they were among "I was framed's" friends.

oh, you meant for thatonekid's third account. if you look, he is already banned. I emailed the mods about it, and yellbez took care of it the same day. It was not an assucation, but the statement of fact
