Austria, you need to send your fleet at Italy if you want to effectively stop the bleeding, which leaves you unable to effectively contest the Balkans beyond holding what you have. I've got two fleets and an enemy in Russia, so I'm unable to effectively contest the Balkans beyond holding what I have. I'll be in Bla this turn, which should leave me able to take Rum in the fall, if you wanted to support me there in the Spring instead, it would be an excellent show of good faith. Another build for me would head straight at Italy, as the crusher has left him vulnerable in the seas, and that would be enough to push him back, which would in turn open you up to taking both his centers and Russia's. No need to confirm any support now, obviously. Don't want to draw Russian ire. Just consider it.
England/Germany: Scandinavia is yours if you want it. I suggest you take it.
