Not necessarily true. Russia could've moved War-Ukr or War-Mos if he weren't a threat, but instead Ogion explicitly asked Austria to let him into Galicia. Russia can't build in Sev. His position is capable of redirecting to attack Austria in a single sweep. I wouldn't describe him as entirely unthreatening to Austria.

Russia a fleet build in St. Pete NC can probably be worked into a friendship arrangement with Germany, b/c if you support Sweden into Norway Germany can take Sweden. England is probably more threatening that Germany to your northern supply centers anyhow. Germany builds fleet in Kiel and moves up to Denmark and Sweden.

There's no RT negotiation. We can all see that. Austria has nothing to fear from Russia until that changes.

War-Ukr was just as worthwhile as War-Gal with the added bonus of being better for the person he wants to convince he's on the same side as.

War-Ukr lets Austria into Galicia, which is no good for a Russia already on the defensive from one person, and is a wholly wasted move on top of it. If you want him to hold, just say hold.

Well, with my two builds, I think that will at least discourage an overly aggressive Italian effort, and we can work together well from there.

If you build an army in Venice Italy, there can be no alliance between us. It is simply not possible. Please do not build an army in Venice; it would be a declaration of war.
