Negotiations went poorly last turn, so I was somewhat expecting you to support yourself, and I figured even if you didn't, we'd have a better shot and fixing things. I'll either be covering Munich or involving myself in the Belgium fight, and I'd prefer not to say which at this point for obvious reasons.
