I think for the benefit of all involved in this tournament that whether playing for an nmr is allowed or not should be clarified.

Also, if the game can be force drawn (which I'm sure is possible) it may be useful for a mod or TD to specify what nations such as Germany and England would have to do if they wished that to happen.

Certainly seems one can stall out a game until an NMR happens based on the current state.

Playing for an NMR is not an acceptable strategy. I won't be discussing any more than that publicly.
