Draug-what is Tether? I am still trying to learn Bolt. Is Tether better or easier than Bolt? And what about Operamini? Being an IT person, what do you recommend that's the easiest to use for when I am away for a weekend and need something BASIC (read messages, respond, see map, enter moves) just to not NMR?

Tether is for when your laptop has no WiFi, CT. It connects your Blackberry to your laptop and provides a network connection, allowing you to use your laptop as if it were online. Then you can use whatever you would normally use on the laptop.

As far as browsers on the BB, I haven't had the opportunity to try Opera Mini yet, but Bolt has been pretty good except for the lack of a scrollable text box.

Hellalt, so you haven't done better than me in a game yet and you are still below me on the GR list. Are you in the leagues? If so, are you in a higher league than C? If you in C, how are you doing? There is a strong chance I will move up to B and I won't get demoted. Can you say that? :-P

Is Tether an app that you download? Is it free?

Tether has a trial period, but then it's just $20 to buy it. Best $20 I ever spent.

I highly doubt that PPSC will have any effect whatsoever on the way people play. It's only 5 and the goal will be to win the tournament.

@hellalt. Look at league C2. LeoD. and myself are the most likely winner and second place moving up into the B-Leagues. To me, that is the real sign of success and skill. I did have a loss this month, but three draws so far it looks like, so I should hopefully regain my top 200 position I fell out of oh so slightly in August.
