- Henceforth Isaac shall be considered an outlaw within this colony. Should he ever return to this colony he will be arrested and tried for crimes against the colony
- I propose that we send a mission after Isaac with the primary goal to be the recovery of our kidnapped citizen, the secondary concern the arrest of Isaac and his men. This should be a minimum number of soldiers in the party to accomplish this mission as the needs of the colony cannot be forgotten.
