gameID=190663The situation I'm confused about is Spring 1906, around Prussia, Berlin and Silesia.
France ordered: Sil-Pru, Liv S Sil-Pru
Austria ordered: Pru-Sil, Boh S Sil-Pru, Ber-Sil, War S Ber-Sil
I understand why Pru-Sil and Sil-Pru failed. They both had equal supports and were attempting to switch places.
What I'm confused about is why Ber-Sil failed. The way I had approached it, I expected Prussia and Silesia to stand each other off, with Berlin coming in unhindered to dislodge Silesia. Obviously it wasn't adjudicated that way.
The only thing I can come up with is that my other move of Pru-Sil bounced my Ber-Sil move. However, Pru-Sil never succeeded. How could it bounce Berlin out?
