I meant that the idea of having 1 country in CD was radical - the suggestion implies that such games would only have 6 players to start and then only once the game has begun, if someone checks in the games tab for 'joinable games' that have already started, could someone take control of Turkey.

It seems very odd and I would imagine under such a system, Turkey would hardly ever be played.

And surely if a game is starting, people would just wait until it had started then snap to take over Turkey. This also gives a very unfair advantage to someone whose preference is to play as Turkey. Every time they would simply choose to take over Turkey - rather than join games before they start.
