People were saying how they thought Anon games were better because players were forced to play an "invincible" opponent and therefore couldn't make in preconclussions about the other players which might influence there choices. This made sense to me and now that I have some points to play with I'd like to give it a try.

They also said that the problem was with the possibility of cheats. To solve this problem they reccomended making it private so that everyone would know Who was playing just not Whom they were playing. So that's what I'd like to do. This is the tyrpe of game I'd like to play and if you're interested just say so here. If I get 6 players who appear credible I'll start the game and email passwords. If anyone posts interest in this game and you believe they aren't credible then send me a message telling why.

Alas, I can't unless I win (or decently lose, I suppose) my 100pt game very soon. But if that happens before you get off the ground, then sure. But personally I prefer non-anon anyway

Oh, why is that?

Well, I guess because I'm new to the site, I don't know that many people yet and I like building relationships with players. I won't necessarily ally with a good ally again, but I'll for sure root for them in another game. Similarly it's nice to see Mr Stabby McStab get destroyed in other games, even if you end up allied with him again the next time.

Playing anon games where you know the players is great.

Don't do any mod-sniping to get those games, figle.

I'm trying longer phases, like, a 48 minimum, but it sounds fun. Especially if everyone knows who's in there. (More fun to add in a side-game, guessing who's who).

Ok so let's put this into perspective. I'm flexible on the details such as points bet and time especially if there are solid players wanting to participate so.....

I think I have interest from:
Tom Bombadil (Not my favourite book but my favourite character from that book)
Conservative Man (What would be an acceptable Points bet for you?)
Mr Pidge (You would play if....?)
Onar (You prefer 48 hrs but are you saying that it's a requirement or that you would accept 36. I personally don't like 48 because some players Never finalize even when there's no reason not to and these games can take forever but I'd be willing to consider it if it got this game going.)

That would make 5 if we can work out the details and everyone confirms their participation. So I'll ask these players to respond to my questions and confirm their participation and then ask that 2 more agree to join and then we can play what I hope will be a fun game and a glorious victory for me!

I will definitely confirm my participation. I am not picky about the details; phase length doesn't matter, and bet size doesn't really matter for me either. Just looking for a good game.

I'll try to keep this updated then so that potential players know what's going on.
