seriously though, i talk to other countries way too much at one time. everyone else just puts up one or two posts at a time and such. i put like 4,5,6,7,etc

As long as you're making a point, the number of posts should be irrelevant. This game is about communication, if others aren't responding to you, that's probably a problem on their end.

Rambling on and on (as some of the beloved members of this community do) IS annoying. I wouldn't group you with them, though : )

dont get too paranoid, some players talk a lot some hardly ever, id say the ones who win talk a lot

In my first game, I talked much more than the other players. It was a 3-way draw, not including me, but I was the last to be eliminated; that's not too bad, is it?

I think anybody who joined phpDiplomacy four days ago, starts 5 new threads in the forum in that time, and actually asks in one of them if he is annoying for talking too much, in a wonderful moment of self-awareness, is annoying. I'm curious if you're asking because you're that self-conscious or if others have told you to simmer down. I also find it funny that you come in here telling everyone to play nice and stop with the polemics. Call me grouchy if you will but I find the ebullience...off-putting.

You asked for honest opinions, no? I don't think there's any question however about whether you're a nice guy.

However, this is solely because of the number of threads you've started. Cut them down and you'll be another valued member of the forum community!
