Thank you for all you've done for webDip over the past several years. We did not always agree on policy, but I always respected the dedication and devotion you had for the site. Your passion and competency will not be easily replaced and you will certainly be missed. Please do come back after you've had a break and feel free to hit me up on the beach; retirement is nice.

It's weird seeing Jmo's name in the forum without a comedy cube next to it. Thanks for being part of the team that made webdip worth coming back to after my first absence, and thanks for answering all my inane questions about how not to get fired as a mod.

I feel like I should expand on what I said before. Not only was jmo the best mod in the sack, he was also pretty damn great at catching cheaters.

As a general nuisance at times, I'm aware that I've caused you administrative grief on more than one occasion and I hope you can forgive me for that. Thank you sincerely for all you've done to keep multis away, keep the forums (somewhat) civil, and generally contributing to this weird community. All the best.

I'm sure I would have left the modteam long ago - indeed, several times - if it wasn't for your insistence, competence and sheer stubbornness in keeping the site on the right course. It seems you thrive when the going gets tough, and it's been great to have been a part of that.

I hope you stay on the site for a long time to come (even if after a well-deserved hiatus), if only to put your money where your mouth is in terms of being such a good player ;-)
