Uhhhhhhh. We're in this game based on a specific THEME. If you're going to allow flakey obi to change its so-called mind NOW, then you're a flake too.

The setup as I understood it was American vs Non-Americans, with the five Americans taking the five states within the contiguous USA and the five non-Americans grabbing the five states outside of it.

So:
Team America World Police: California, Texas, Florida, Heartland, New York
Team Loyalists: British Columbia, Quebec, Cuba, Peru, Mexico

I can either rearrange within those teams without regard for who gets what country, or y'all can assign your people to set states. Which would y'all prefer?

I want Quebec please, as it's closest to Ontario.

So I guess Warden/bo_sox and mapleleaf/Putin can trade powers according to their wishes...is everyone else happy with the ones they have, within their own bloc, anyway? I'm happy in California, since it's my state anyway, but if anyone has a particular preference, I guess now's the time to say so.

I prefer having NY if we switch, my home state is right in that area. Sorry if that gums things up.
