The hammer vote is separate from the lynch vote
Say there are 5 players left: you, me, kestas, jmo, and abgemacht. you, abgemacht, and I all vote for kestas, kestas and jmo haven't voted or posted in the thread yet. If we also all 3 vote ##END, then because we have both a majority vote on kestas (3/5) and a majority vote to end the turn (3/5), the turn ends immediately. kestas is lynched, jmo isn't punished for failing to vote before the turn ended because the turn ended early.
In practice, you probably shouldn't be using this unless you've caught a mafia 100% or someone is spamming the thread to hell just to be an asshole, but it's there for oddball scenarios where the town actually benefits from cutting off discussion for the day early.
