Mods- Please resolve this game.

The game froze several days ago and we've all agreed to a draw except England who appears to have left the site. If you could, please end the game in a draw among the remaining players.

Question...

So, I haven't played here since before the improved interface (which rocks, thanks!). I am playing a game, and we all have green check marks. My orders look a bit different than they did before the last person finalized (there is a "not ready" button).

So...the game is not progressing, but everyone has green checks...what is going on?

who hasn't been accused of meta or multi ing?

Cause it happaned to me.
And It happened to Orthiac in the freaking forum
I've seen i happen to tImeItoKill (or whatever is screen name is)
and just a bunch of poeple that i KNOW aren't cheaters.

Anybody (myself included) who has ever supported another nation in a gunboat has probably been accused of it. I and two others got accused of it when I supported both of them in Fall 02 in what were obvious moves and my way to get them to focus on our other opponents and not me.

So in short, only really bad players who have never allied with anyone in any game have probably managed to avoid the accusations, but then they've also managed to generally avoid wins or draws.

I was going to say I've never been accused because I suck - and then I remembered that I was accused of it in a gunboat because I put in a support order. Or at least I was accused of cheating.

I was accused a long time ago when they didnt have the new gunboat rules with no communication. We all had to trust each other and because I supported france twice but he never supported me they thought he was a multi accounter and I was a multi.

I've been accused, though I don't know who accused me, I only know because the mod investigating it told me I had been accused... I think I was playing two different games with that mod at the time and I remember the whole thing being very weird...

English Statistics

below i have tabulated a variety of statistics in the first installment of individual country statistics. for the following stats, i took a sample of 100 games of the specified type (eliminations, solos and draws) to arrive at the results.

Big Error or Small Error?

In the below map, notice that Naples' support is X'd out.
From the rulebook: "A convoyed Army doesn’t cut the support of a unit supporting an attack against one of the Fleets necessary for the Army to
convoy."
Although the resolution of my game is unaffected, the rules say that the support was successful, but it is not so marked.

Bimodal Statistical Analysis

The statistics thread made me think of this. For awhile, I've been trying to find some form of T-Test to do on a highly bimodal distribution (My family's bridge scores) to determine conclusively what probability exists that my brother and I are better than our parents. Does anyone know how to do this?

a question aboot the phpLeagues...

Considering the point scoring is 12/n for an n-way draw, and 12 for a solo (so 6 for a two-way draw, and 4 for a 3-way, 2 for a 6-way... maybe some fractions for 7/5 way draws) There are precisely 48

to be won by each league. What is a likely distribution of point?

Just a friendly word to all: Avoid playing with "masterninja" at all costs. I hate to ever call someone out publicly or make a scene, but this guy really deserves it. Any game that he does not win, he will call the winner out for metagaming and try to get their account banned by the mods. He makes asshole remarks and just takes the overall fun out of a pleasant game. Avoid at all costs. Also, mods, please look in to banning this player. Many thanks.
