I don't know if anyone has mentioned it but game password would be nice.

Whats the process that decides the votes? My housemate and I have become obsessed but find that spending doesn't always matter.

Game password means a password to protect the game so that you can get a certain match-up.

Well, the winning score is 270, so if I was going to win/tie I needed to stop you from getting that. You had 266 going into that last round, so needed 3 to tie. Vermont I knew you would be funding, and you had a healthy lead there, so I decided the best thing was to let you have that and steal Alaska, which I guessed you wouldn't defend.

Having lost Alaska and won Vermont, you were still on 266, so any state of the remaining "too close to call" states would have stopped me from winning, so I just split the money between those states taking the various positions (I was winning in Delaware so did less there than elsewhere) and hoped for the best.

I might have over funded the campaign in Alaska though...

Is there a way to cancel a game?

In one of my games, it looks like the other guy quit, and the game is set for twenty turns. This game could take a while.

I feel like i'm missing something, though. You're campaigning in Illinois, right? I spent a million dollars there and didn't even gain 1%!

Well I think thats misleading because the Republicans have a ton of huge margins in alot of the Southern States.

yeah. actually, it was only 3%, although you might want to note the overly liberal populations of Illinois (50-35), Massachusetts (60-30), and the District of Colombia (95-0.01).

The update will have to wait. I am redoing how polls are conducted to speed things up a little and use less memory. I was hoping to release it before the election but it looks as though it will take a little longer.
