Sorry, I was talking in the general situation. There are hundreds of threads going round on the forum as it is, so I thought I'd add my point to this one. I guess it's slightly off-topic though sorry!

Well if the game is paused people do have time to /draw the game if they want, it's up to them because it needs to be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Well, it is certainly a bug in the current format, but I do think it's a bit unfair. I'm not saying I can think of a perfect solution, but if you are exterminated by someone multi-accounting or meta-gaming then you'd have a good case to feel really annoyed, particularly if it was a high-cost game. You could set every game to restart, but that would take a long time, and would you do so for finished games.
Perhaps exterminated players should be removed from the game so they can take over the CD spaces?

No, once you're eliminated from a game, you can't come back and take over a CD person.

Kestas, can you please fix that game again. Turkey typed /unpause, and it shows him voting for a pause. The phase is now set to end in 14000+ days.

Turkey can always type /unpause again to change his vote.

Probably should have mentioned that banning a player pauses all the games they're in :-x oops

Also regarding /unpause registering as /pause, that's a bit of a trick because they both actually do the same thing. Essentially both commands just toggle pause, so if you've voted for a pause or unpause then /pause or /unpause will switch your vote off, if you haven't voted it'll switch you on. I think the same goes for /draw and /undraw. It just makes the code a little neater

Kestas, if you check the Global chat you will find this is untrue. Turkey NEVER typed Pause. The first time he typed /unpause, it registered as a Pause.

But which does it do first? When I did /unpause, the response was "DingleberryJones has voted to unpause."

When Turkey typed the same this, the response was" destp has voted for a pause."

If it's paused then both /pause and /unpause will toggle your unpause vote, if it isn't paused then both /pause and /unpause will toggle pause. (Because there's no point voting for a pause if it's already paused)
