First games will start Jan 17 hopefully. I need to coordinate w/ Ghost as it involves juggling countries around for everyone. Each player will play each country once in the first 7 games. And in the 8th game, you get what you get. And each player plays everyone once. Should prove fun!

GR is updated on a monthly basis, so you'll be in next month's list.

Can I be included.I've tried emailing but keep getting delivery failure.Something is wrong with my MSN account it is happening even when I try and send email to family who are in contacts.But enough of that.

i;ve got a question: plastic hussar only wants to be an alternate (if thats not true i'm confused, but i don't think i am...) so why isn't he the last alternate??
it doesn't sounds like he really wants to play...

He does want to play, but can't start on Jan 15th. His GR is the highest on the Alternate list.

OK, signups are about to close. Haven't had any new signups for a day or so. I'm going to close them tomorrow to give me a chance to send out emails and get games set up. I will be scrambling the top 49 players and randomly assigning a captain to set up the games. Emails will go out this weekend. Let the games begin!

Just to be sure I set aside the necessary points, how many points are needed for the buy in?

5 per game, so 40 total, but since it is one game per 3 weeks you can get by with less.

Someone that is out of the tournament players list but is in the watting list to enter if someone drops...
The tournament has 49 available spots for players.

The competition can only have exactly 49 players, so additional players who don't make the cut go onto a waiting list in case people drop out.

If you miss the cut, there will be another tournament starting not long after (the leagues) which you can join.

You don't have GR because you only joined the site this month, so you will be an alternate

I know it's anon but if game captains know who is in there pool shouldn't the rest of us know as well.
