Well, it's certainly been a while, so let's go through this power by power again. We'll start with the easiest one.
Turkey: goodbye Eden. You've climbed a long ways on the GR list since this game started, but apparently the others took no notice. Or took too much notice.
France: Fighting both England and Germany can't be good, especially if Italy is moving west to get his share. France needs to convince Italy that helping England means English fleets heading for Tunis very soon. The worst case would be spa s pie-mar, bur-par. Normally, I'm all for keeping units behind enemy lines, but in this case, England is doing the right thing by just covering his centers against the fleet in Norwegian and focusing on taking away the centers that are keeping it alive.
England: I like his position the best. He's winning the war against France. He really needs either Germany or Italy to tap Marseilles, but he has a support to offer and should easily entice one of them into doing so. Additionally, he has both Germany and Russia completely in his power. He could choose to help Germany out by self-bouncing in Denmark. If he wanted to be very aggressive, he could go bel-hol, swe-nor, nth-nor, nor-stp and tell Russia to take Denmark. If he can back that up diplomatically, all he has to do is get to Munich and either Tunis or Moscow, and he has a solo. Unfortunately, that set of moves could just end up uniting Germany and Russia against him.
Germany: winning the war against Russia, doing well against France, but is completely vulnerable to England. He needs to convince England to help protect Denmark, As soon as the French fleet is gone, he also needs to demand a DMZ in nth so that England cannot so easily stab him.
Russia: about to lose ank, mos, and possibly stp. It looks like that AR alliance didn't work out too well for Russia. He needs to find a friend somewhere, but the only one likely to be sympathetic is France, who has troubles of his own.
Italy: doing well, but a bit over-extended. Greece is undefended, and he can't move pie-mar or have pie s mar without having to guess on Austria's intentions in Venice. Austria could pull off a pretty good stab this turn, and Italy needs to work hard to make sure that doesn't happen.
Austria: good position, but a little under-extended. Nevertheless, Austria has Italy in his power and should soon own Sevastapol as well. Growth will be difficult without stabbing either Italy or Germany, however. If he can arrange to take gre and ven this turn while letting Russia back into ank, he could cripple Italy. Of course, if Russia doesn't cooperate or if Italy protects Venice or if Russia and Italy then team up, it could also turn out rather disastrously.
