Alright well I will answer for you. A great example of State sponsored Art is the Vietnam War Memorial in Washington DC. Its now the most visited site in DC even more than Abe Lincolns and Thomas Jeffersons memorial.

Vietnam War Memorial was a government funded contest for artists. over 1400 applicants tried and ultimately a woman won. The project is an example of Government funding something great. under a libertarian limited role of government regime her project wouldnt exist.

Authoritarianism would be an option for the next world-system. Retention of wealth and control.

Lets keep going with this.. Libertarians think taxpayers money shouldnt be collected. Heres another example of government using our money on things that make america great. The National Parks. Currently the skinflints in washingtons congress have allowed federal park rangers and mandatory repairs slip into sequestration. this endangers tourists who love our national parks. yellowstone and grand canyon are beloved icons of america. they have roads in disrepair people getting mauled by fucking bears and backlogs of nearly several million dollars on neglected maintainence under a republican congress.

Anarchy isn't a permanent phase, but a transition. It is when the rich and the powerful cease to be rich and powerful, and new people become rich and powerful.
