Corruption always exists at the top layers of society -- I was naive to think that WebDip would be different.

You are right though -- this sort of thing (reporting cheating on the forum) isn't allowed = please always email the mods privately about it on their email ([email protected]) because it's better to deal with these kind of concerns privately rather than have an open court frenzy. You never know, these guys might not be doing anything wrong at all -- it looks pretty peaceful :)

Good to raise questions and concerns though -- just be aware that moderation issues should be a private matter, just like if you had a judicial complaint in real life your place to report it wouldn't be the town square.

I'd suggest emailing the mods and hopefully they'll respond to you courteously.
